Well, yeah. If someone used it on a furrie, or made their own 'demon cat fruit' cat or human/robot, that's still considered copying. What I mean, is like the plain symbol itself. Doing the exact same thing with it is stealing the idea, but in my opinion, if you use it for something completely different, I think that would be okay. o3o

If they happened to think of that symbol by them selves and it's only a coincidence that it's the same symbol as mine, then I've got no right to disrespect their hard work, but, if they copy the symbol from me, I won't be very happy with that.
Cuz copying only takes like half a second because they didn't work hard for that idea. Creating is hard work and people should realize that copying is quite similar to stealing anything else.

You have an excellent point there, and you are correct. Copying is copying no matter how small. But I personally think it's ok if they use it in a completely different way.
