While the games are similar, I much prefer Okami to the later.
Link came out after Okami and by the time I started playing Link, I was so sick of the "game" due to the similarities that I never bothered touching it again.
Even if Okami took from Link, the game industry is solidly about competition, and Okami beat Link to his own punch.
