Hmm, those aren't flexible though, are they? I like using padded steel because it allows you to pose the tail. That or doll armature. 
It depends which ones you want to use. There are many different ones. The last link of Taiwan( cuz I mentioned you are from there) you could pose them only once if heated by hairdrayer.
There are ones which can bend a few times, they have a tiny core of wire and there are ones of plastic vs rubber or soft plastic you can bend, limmited or more the choices are wide! Just surf the web...
