Agreed. Apparently, the petition to have wet specimens banned altogether was spearheaded by an animals rights group. So that says a lot.
I wouldn't put it beside anyone but some sort of animal rights group to try and ban the sale of taxidermy goods. They sell well on Etsy and have positive customer reports, so for someone else to deprive those people of that right to buy and sell because of their own beliefs is nutty and silly.
I agree. But unfortunately, logic is often clouded by emotion when it comes to taxidermy, fur, and pelts.
