Your picture is fantastic too.  The light is really great.  I can't believe you didn't have the site shut down to get that shot, were there any people around?  I know at the Vietnam Memorial there are visitors at any given time day/night, or at least there used to be when I lived in DC maybe those vets are not around as much anymore either though.

Was just around dawn on a weekday, so not many people about except security and joggers. Security checked on me I think a couple times to make sure I was behaving respectfully, and the joggers seemed to show some common courtesy by running around me. Was also a little cold so I expect as it warms up more people will start to show, but I still count myself lucky I had the place to myself for a brief moment :)

You know, runners are much more polite than cyclists ;p

I love that you are allowing free prints too, I meant to say that earlier.

I think many of these joggers have military backgrounds and contrary to how Hollywood tends to desensitize soldiers as mindless killing machines, I find it's the exact opposite... at least in the free world where they are sworn to stake their lives to protect regular civilians.
