I have a question about two of the topics

Hi! So first off. Everything about this journal is great and helpful. I just had one or two questions...

It's about the Consistency topic

I am a beginner artist, so I am trying to do different types of artwork. I want to experiment and improve. So far I have posted traditional art and digital art.

Also, i have different styles. I usually post artwork under semi-realism. But I have also experimented with the anime style and I have just lately been doing pixel art.

However, I keep them in certain folders and organize everything properly. Can this be harmful for my popularity or account?

Also I have a question about the The Interaction Topic

I only have a small number of watchers. (About 16) And an even fewer number of active watchers. (about 5) :(

However, I interact with them on a daily basis! To gather more watchers or pageviews how else should I be social?

Should I post comments on random beginner artists' art? Should I give random people llamas and favorites? Im just not sure...

Or is it simply that I am just not posting quality content? haha. That probably plays a big role. >w<

Thank you so much for everything! And It would be great to get a response from you, but I totally understand if you don't. Bye~

I'll try answering most of them

I don't think your styles are too far apart to be annoying. I'm more talking about totally different styles or even different mediums. Like wedding photography and manga drawings... or that kind of difference.

Should I post comments on random beginner artists' art?
Why not? Great way to meet new people :)

Should I give random people llamas and favorites?
Random llama = good
Random fave = not so good. Only fave when you like something. Don't give people false impressions.

To gather more watchers or pageviews how else should I be social?
Join groups, join contests, post on the forums, reply to art, reply to journals, reply a lot in general.... etc etc.
It all comes down to talking a lot :)

Or is it simply that I am just not posting quality content?
Your art could still be better.
But then again; so could mine be. I'm not at professional level either XD

Wow, thank you for replying to me and for answering all my questions! Sorry if I came off as rude, I need to work on that. >w<

I will definitely take action and remember this advice. Thank you so much.

You are definitely the most helpful and inspiring artist I've ever met on DeviantART. ^w^
