Comment on Facebook is bad for artists? by Artgerm

I don't know how other Image hosting sites work but Facebook claims ownership of any image uploaded, according to their privacy statement.  They can reuse and resell your artwork any way they want, technically.  I don't know the frequency of incidents like that but just about everyone still uses it for advertisement and promotion.
