Butter is expensive here, and if you use too much your brownies make your fingers greasy.

Got a recipe for brownies off cadbury website once said to use 150g butter...... my brownies floated.... literally!!!
experimented, 80g was perfect amount for soft and crunchy!!!!!

Always experiment maybe your smarter that the person who originally wrote a recipe lol.
