Though, truth be told, I'm not all that great at design. Especially with clothes. .D. I suck so hard at wardrobes it's not even funny.
But, the more you draw and the more you practice, the better you'll get at designing characters and whatnot. Don't quit now because you'll eventually get to where you wanna be with your art.

I'm content with my artistic ability, I just always end up putting my chars in the same thing over and over again. o: I don't like the design process much in the first place, and it's hard to do well in an area I don't care for. I'm more of a story-oriented person.
