Huh? There is just one toolbar. 
Well, the toolbar (on top) is right, but I mean, the little bar in bottom which show free space in HD. In my case the toolbar (on top) and the little bar (on bootm) have the same color. I can't change their colors in my way. How you make that?

I did nothing to change there anything. Can you make a scrot how it looks for you?
