Still, I think Demoman has much more in common with Derpy than anyone.
Demoman is only intentionally prone to destruction, Derpy is just a klutz though.

But yeah, she is more of a klutz than intentionally destructive (which can be said with almost everypony else). And while Zecora does share some traits that fits well with Demo, I see her more as a Healer than a drunk Demolition Expert.

Which leaves Berry as the only possible choice.
Her reputation as a drunk (while funny) is questionable and more of an invention by fans.
And she's really not as popular as Lyra or Vinyl Scratch. I mean, she's not exactly among the "Top 5" Background Ponies.

In any case, out of Berry, Zecora and Derpy, I still think Derpy is a better candidate for Demo. She's wall-eyed, has a love for muffins and can bring buildings down.
Zecora, while good at mixing potions, is more of a Healer. Berry Punch would be a good candidate, but that's mostly because she's known to drink.
And an eyepatch is only useful if the one eye is useless. An eyepatch on Berry or Zecora is rather pointless. Derpy however would benefit more from it.
