It's educated and non flaming, so that's perfectly fine to make them. :)

SeaWorld did commission captures for many of these whales. They didn't perhaps directly go out to catch them directly, but they were captures arranged by SeaWorld in most cases. It's how they did it even back then... Get someone else to capture the whale, then pay them for it, so they didn't get the bad rap. It's what's happening now with Morgan for example.
And yes, they haven't moved these orcas about, because most up here are now dead. The other two are two of their main breeders, so it makes sense to keep them where they are.
They still move the animals about and treat them as assets rather than animals however. That's the main point of the poster. They shuffle them about still, though the closure of SeaWorld Aurora was probably the main reason we saw these excessive moves stop.
