I can't draw circles well with a mouse, thats why I used the circle tool to start.
Neither can I XD It takes a while to get a satisfactory result
I can draw (on paper), but it's hard with a PC mouse... The actual reason I don't 'draw' Polandball comics is that I think they look much better when they're made with the pen tool in Photoshop or Illustrator And the bonus is that this makes the whole process less frustrating ^^

I manage with just a mouse I use paint. NET ^_^ And they don't have to be perfect, you know. That's the beauty of polandball. That's why they make grammatical mistakes and that's why the circle tool is forbidden

I agree part of the beauty of Polandball is that it's all flawed... But I guess it's the artist in me who can't keep things "simple". 
You know, it's the crazy idea that I don't want to make something that everyone could make in 10 seconds. When I make a Polandball comic,
I always start out like "let's keep this quick and simple". But then I start correcting, decorating and adding stuff... Never been much for "rules" anyway ^^

And isn't it simpler to just smack down a bad circle than using a tool

No no, I said "the artist in me can't keep things simple" ^^ So although I always start on a Polandball comic with the idea of "let's keep this simple", I never succeed, because I always end up adding new things (like a hat and cigar, in this case).
Have you seen my Palestineball cartoon? That also started from the idea "let's keep it simple, 3 panels, basic drawings, 30 minutes"... Before long, I was drawing vases, sand-layers, flags and dust effects, and experimenting with gradients. It took me like 3-4 hours instead of 30 minutes (but I like the end result)
