Anyway, what's your opinion regarding this work of mine? I mean, if you find any lags out there please do point out... I'm in a great need of critiques in my artworks, very few people comment over there... thus, it gets difficult for me to locate and rectify my mistakes.... ^^'

I'm an 11th squader at heart. Cap'n doesn't ask us to do anything but we follow him anyway!
As for critique, it's nice as a whole but I think you're already aware that your lines aren't as smooth and clean as you would like them to be. Just keep practicing with longer, faster, and lighter strokes. It'll come to you.
I like the overall look of this and it resembles more of a print block or stamp. It's very dramatic and I like it. Heck if I was Kubo I'd make something like this for all the Captains and their lieutenants as a promotional or the VS. screen for a video game.

That critique is surely of a great help. Now that you've mentioned it, I'll say about that a bit. I've been trying to put the lines and the strokes as smoothly as possible, but unfortunately I've been unable to do so.
I use A4 sheets of papers on which I sketch, which are not smooth. Moreover, the pens I use are the normal pens which people generally use for writing purposes in their daily lives. I don't have adequate supply of the equipment and tools which I can use to make my artworks more effective. That's really very, very unfortunate.... T_T
I had decided to use the Moleskin Sheets, but the splendid news is that they can't be bought from the local stores in the place I reside in, all over the country perhaps. I'll have to shop it online, along with the markers, whose price ranges from $22 to even more, which if converted to our currency, becomes too expensive and almost next to impossible to afford...

Yeah, I have the same quandary. For some reason all the best tools are available so far off and it costs as much or more than the item I want to buy in travel expenses to commute to that area.
I do know we can't always have the materials we want to draw with but you can improvise. Yes, like most mortals I cry my heart out every time I see a Copic marker set ad and in the recent years, have lost all courage to even look at their price tags - not counting the shipping and handling fee.
For inking tools, you can try pen brushes - the disposable ones are a little over a dollar each and it comes in all sorts of sizes - or cheap brushes + India ink. For me, I was too cheap to buy anything so I grabbed some fountain pen ink that my dad wasn't using anymore and told him "wasting" it on art is better than letting it dry when it's been sitting for years. If you want solid pens, there are also cheap pigment liners. I get mine from Uno or Artline but I've preferred 0.3 gel pens since liners tend to lose their edge and their lines soften over time.
For paper, you can save lots by getting premium paper for ink jet printers. They hold ink well and are very smooth. Just keep looking at your local bookstores and school supplies for what they usually carry. You'll find all sorts of smooth papers and eventually find a few brands to stick with - and I say few bec you never know when one will run out so at least you're not too hopeless if your fave's out of stock.
I use the red and blue Paper One's. Red is premium and Blue is all-purpose. Other times, I use Corona which is practically onion skin since I don't have a light table/box.

Yupe... You got the entire thing spot on... Seems the problem with the tools and equipment is not confined to only my place... lol
and that particular thing, which can be used in such a situation is, as you've mentioned, the ink. I've ordered a set of two - black and blue - inkpots, along with two fountain pens. From next time on, I'll try using these instead of penning the entire thing with black and blue ball-point pens and gel pens...

Honestly with tools of that caliber I personally wouldn't use them unless it's for paid work. Too rich for my blood. Not saying art's not worth it, but I'd rather that extra went to treats and toys for the guy in my avvie. xD
Besides, I've read from a pro in HS that he was very devastated that his fave brand of pens got phased out so since that incident, he's cautioned new artists to always try everything.

They are costly indeed... That's why I'm not buying the professional kit, or else it'll kill me later. The one I'm planning to use for the start is a cheap brand's product, more of a use and throw material... So, I can relax at that point...
