Hes the main antagonist in the South park show in alot of episodes due to his Bigotry racisum & Hostile behavior greed & selfishness. Mostly trying to kill or beat Kyle whom he hates. hurting others to achieve his desires

thats true but i seen him do more bad then good & how he tries to be good just to get what he wants. which the reason he got rid of the hippies so he could gloat & get back at kyle he did it cause he wanted a toy so he didn't really do that out of kindness
