Yeah it does look like the 3D from the PS2 console lol I didn't realize it but that is the perfect way to describe it.
Lol, anime games were big around the PS2 reign (Naruto) so when I saw it I was like,"BUT WRY?!" You can also see it in the opening credits with all the inner senshi. I'm still going to watch it, love Sailor Moon, watched ALL the original anime/movies and if I can get through YEARS of filler I can deal with the 3D moments.
Was there any mention that they are doing more than the first season and story arc? I am a bit worried about the introduction of the inner senshi since in the manga they popped up every chapter in the beginning. The anime at least spaced that introduction out rather than HERE'S ANOTHER, and ANOTHER, and BAM ANOTHER.
I also sorta wished they had modernized the broach since they are doing it for so much else, the broach design has always bothered me though, X3
Oh and for those who are claiming they aren't going to watch it because they are "purists" you know they are, lulz.

They have only said they were going to do the first arc. They have not said anything about a 2nd season. BUT I have a feeling if the view counts are up and stay up, they will spend the money to do more. If there is a demand for it, I am sure it will happen.
