Interesting layout...several of these elements are very redundant though since most of it shows up on the journal page anyway (i.e. the Journal tab, the oversized dA header/footer, etc). Also, you say this is the "official dA journal CSS"? Is that a cheap shot at me or just an invalid claim? Just curious. ;)

Yea, I see some bugs with IE7 but I will fix them quickly ;)
I called it the official dA v5 because the copy of dA is similar but it isn't official anyway^^

If it could, that'll be great =P

Also, you should probably credit =rotane for that box on the top right of the page...he's the one that came up with that concept in this skin.
