Empress Gaia would argue that the same thing is done for mechanical machines.
We literally put souls into the machines, they can feel emotions and produce them. They have lives of their own, by transferring themselves into civilian drones. You can't even tell the differences between them and a person, unless you count the fast healing speed of the citizen drones. And only the ones that go to war have souls*. They are forever in our debts for giving them hope and life.
The ones that only build at construction projects are programed and or controlled by a main computer brain used by the workers.

Who's to say that fabricated living beings don't have souls too? This is especially the case with Empress Gaia's 'bio armies', where she allows them to have souls, since she believes (and often argues with Empress Hecate) that souls are a part of nature and that there's nothing mystical about them.
A mechanical thing that is made to kill doesn't seem that much different in terms of 'abominable' than a living thing that was bred to kill. >__<

I see her point, but I did say they can transfer themselves into civilian drones and have normal lives. They do this all the time and always have until a threat to are Empire appears. Now let's just see about a good relation between are Empires, and not cause a war of words to turn into a war of the worlds. We don't need that, besides we have a Crystal Plague on are hands. I already have informed Emperor Myric and he is awaiting their destruction.
The Crystal Plague turns everything that is solid into crystals, they are highly unstable and once they consume an entire planet they will change from glowing green crystal planet covered in ruins of civilization (If the planet even had one.) to a partially molten world with crumbling ruins that turns the crystals color to change to a glowing crimson red. After 2 days they explode at random. 3 days after that, the planet explodes and spreads the pieces everywhere. We were able to remove them from our Quadrant of the Galaxy, Myric just took care for the 1st wave of them. The Quadrant with the source is under Extreme Quarantine until the Quadrant under (Literally) Myric's Quadrant domain has been cleared. Something or someone is sending those damn things, but what the hell is it? The source is inside that Phasic Vortex Called The Eye of Apophis.

If you've ever read anything about SHEATHES-10 (I presume you've at least taken a peek at their stuff) you'll find that the only 'wars' they partake in are the ones played out amongst themselves. War aimed at anyone outside of SHEATHES-10 is utterly forbidden, and war aimed at them where the Yggdrasil Galactic Triumvirate is in question isn't war so much as it is a game.
As for the Crystal Plague, I suppose the nomadic lifestyle of the Monarchs in the Ancerious Galaxy (as opposed to their actual Empires elsewhere) lends them a unique advantage: they don't need to commit to a home or a permanent residence like the other empires do. If the Crystal Plague strikes a world they're visiting, they can simply scoot over someplace else.

But that would be catastrophic if we do leave those things alone! They are spreading at a alarming rate. If we don't remove them, there won't be any place to settle or hide left in Ancerious! Emperor Myric is the only one that knows since he has abilities that make him immune to this threat, As well as Myself. But we need the tell the other systems or all is lost!

As for it being sourced in the Phasic Vortex and the Eye of Apohis you might want to contact its creator to work something out.
I would say leave this out of Ancerious for the time being, we are building up to a big event anyway so too many small things will overload the story.
If you do however wish to create some sort of event feel free to note me and pass it by me first, that way its garunteed if it goes through to work.

Regardless, the plague really isn't the Monarchs' problem. It's not their place to deal with it; they're only here to explore. Were the entire galaxy to be wiped out of all factions, they'd simply go explore someplace else.
