Before Lucky left the orphanage, Mrs. Green has told him about why he has been dropped in the orphanage. He did not react well and ran away from Amber and evryone at the orphanage. Amber has found him and she somehow made him feel better. Afterwards, Lucky went with Amber. (because she adopted him lolz)
Sorry that it is so basic but I just had this idea in my head for awhile and I did not want to lose it.
