Notice the specific colors at the end. She's something known as "gyaru."
I would have to disagree. From what I can see, gyaru, even the most over-the-top variety, almost always have blond hair and they have a certain degree of 'class' (even if it's cheap class). Yufi in her final form here has no class whatsoever.
But she does in fact look the part, right down to that over-saturated orange on her skin.
