You live in Sweden, correct? I don't think you really know what most monk these day usually like. I live in Thailand where monks are everywhere and let me tell you it not all 'I try to find enlightenment path' that the monk in Himalaya area, monk here try to turn religion into business, the city one at least. Becoming monk is also one of the way criminal use to escape the law so now several monks is 'ex-criminal', those who become monk to turn themselves around that I respect but most don't.

Don't be mistake, I still have faint in my religion and its teaching, Buddhism, but not in its representator, sure only few of them is bad but seeing someone who try to cut themselves from the world but instead lure and trap in it, it could really hurt your faint. We not Christian, own ultimate goal is not 'doing good in life so we can be with god in heaven', it 'try to cut themselves from the world to seek enlightenment that will end rebirth and suffering cycle' and monk these day don't follow that anymore.

All and all this is a good art, it just that it not going to make someone who see too much of their own faint become more faintful...am I taking thing too seriously? It just my opinion that this art does not represent southern monk as they are, unless it Burma, Lao, Cambodia' monk, they still faintful I am just talking about Thailand' monk.

Yes! and you are right I have no idea what monks do or stand for nowadays, My knowledge of these traditional looking monks comes from movies and youtube clips of them training! I don't even know the difference between Burma, Lao or Thailand monks either so. The spit paint topic of that day was the what the title says so I just tried my best to represent that in a 30 minute image, so the thought behind it isn't really that broad! and I really don't want to offend you or anything and I hope thats clear! :)
