So you're telling me you've never read Catwoman comics, then. Makes sense. But regardless, even if she WERE a villain, that makes one in the entire piece. And one who is arguably among the three most recognized and iconic DC females in history. That buys her a spot, but Giganta still doesn't fit the intention of the piece.
