Yes, I have good photo reference for the woman I'm going to use as foundation, and the creature that will be on her lap will evolve as I draw.

Thanks, I have worked with a series of trees in three and a half years now.
I get a picture of a tree from my subconscious and then I paint it more or less similar, no photo reference of any kind.
