I love paint.net - I've been using it for years - but I wish it had a blur brush
It does! Look under effect, blurs.
i mean a /brush/ I know there's blur effect but it would easiler to apply to the layer if there were a brush like adobe has
true.....you could just select tool it to make that one part blurred like a brush would tho.
it still doesn't offer the complete control i would like to have but it is a good way to get things done ^-^
