The lipstick stands out for me for some reason. Probably because it matches the eye color somewhat.

I got it mostly from plate #3 in this book- [link] - "Grande robe a la francaise and bonnet a la victoire." I also looked at this picture by Moreau le Jeune, which you have probably seen before... [link] ... Anyway, hope that helps! :)
