Man, I had a great idea for a boyfriend for Alex (Xam) but when I thought up a design, I found it looked exactly like a ninja turtles character

Dude....I just finished reading the Darkwing Omnibus (I had only been reading bits and pieces till now) and they changed a bunch of stuff for no reason whatsoever!
1: Bushroot has green eyes for some reason
2: A lot of the dialogue was changed from the old comics, mostly to provide exposition on who everyone is (Which is stupid. Who is going to buy the omnibus without having watched the show first?)
3: They took out all the more adult jokes
4: they completely erased anything that made the villains interesting! For example, Liquidator originally said: "I managed to break free of the entity, mostly because I wanted to be in front of all these cameras!" and now it's "The entity only let me break free to advertise it's presence!" and Quackerjack's motivation in the story where he becomes a toy has been changed from "I'll turn all the gamers that waste their lives away into toys and give those toys to their families so they can finally spend time with them!" to "I want to sell them for profit!" and they also have him threaten to murder one of the people which wasn't in the original
5: They pointlessly stretched out Negaduck's speech on finding out who Darkwing is, just to add in that he doesn't have a secret identity
