I'm not sure why they don't let nonsubscribers put stamps in there like they can user icons. Ah well!

As for how I made it, I used a template of someone else's, to get the size just right... then just made the center part. :) I'm pretty horrible with animated GIFs, though, so it's pretty simple. :)
