No, I didn't get it from dictionary.com. I don't think it would translate Emma, or even DLI. I'm a 공군, which is Air Force. Korean is my job, but I don't know a whole whole lot, just a little bit. Most translating sites use dictionary form, too. Mine was formal form. And I used honorifics towards you, since we have never met.

Oh yeah, 국방 외국어 대학교 is literally Defense Foreign Language University, which is how we translate the name of my school, the Defense Language Institute (DLI).
