Nice. It's a convincing design, and the lighting is very controlled and confident. I like the little guy doing an EVA over the propellant tanks. Gives it a sense of scale.
If it was my picture I might try changing the colour of some of the lights on the ship, though - using red lights on the ship itself gives you a more restrained palette overall, which is cool, but it does make the picture a little confusing in parts as to what is light from sources on-board the ship and what's light from Mars itself. Blue or green running lights on the ship might look nice.

Thanks! Good criticism about the red lighting. I'm planning to do more drawings like this down the road, so I'll be able to have another go at working out the best way to do lighting in the near future.
