But my "Daemon" comes from the book "His Dark Materials" by Philip Pullman, the story about a girl... it's fantasy... with other worlds... etc... and this girl've an (kind of) animal called a "daemon" (in french- i don't know if it's the same in english.. probably..) and Everyone have a daemon, it's a part of themselves, of their soul...
And, I like to imagine my cat is my "daemon"
