No, I've never stroked the line with a brush in photoshop... I jsut don't know how to use the pen tool well. ^_^ i've done that in Illustrator, but I didn't know you could do that in photoshop! i'll open it up and see if I can figure it out! thanks so much!

have you tried to make the line spacing 1%? That's how I get smooth lines ^_^

yup, when you use the pen tool and you stroke it you use the brush to stroke it right? Before you start using the pen tool, click on the brush, choose a hard brush, then on the right hand side (when it's static) there is a menu for brush dynamics (or some such .. can't check it right now I'm at work ha ha) - but there is a slide bar for the spacing (not the size - the spacing) and if you put it down as low as it will go it makes your lines harder and smoother ^_^
