Yes, I have provided the objects as OBJ, scaled for use in several different applications specifically.  If you are using Daz Studio, you should choose to import the earrings(POSER).obj versions, and import them with the default Poser Preset settings in DazStudio.  You may need to scale them slightly, and position them into place on your character.  Just parent them to the character's head node.  Then, apply whatever material you like to the surfaces of the objects, and they will render accordingly.
