I could go into a whole lot of details on how i made this but it would take time i dont have lol. In short;
The clouds are from a photo i had and all the layers etc have been created on Photoshop.
The outline for the wings was scanned in off a postcard i had from years ago when i loved fairies as a child (still love them but they dont plaster my walls )
And the rest is made on photoshop, took hours but im happy with this result
