You are not a bearer of bad news and I couldn't agree with you more, when it comes to Wunjo...it was the conflict with the charts I had, actually. I had a number of very old books (not "old' in ancient sense, lol, but in 1890-1940 sense) with various mystic and alchemical symbols, charts, lettering, etc. They are lovely books, but as many of those times, they have proven to be somewhat loose when it comes to representations (I guess back then it was harder to do a thorough check than today). In one of those, Wunjo is represented as you see it here...as one would normally represent Thurisaz, while Thurisaz has a more rounded shape. This confused me for a while, then I just went with the flow. It is not a mistake in general, but it is surely something to be remembered for the next time, I guess...
As for the Wyrd... it is not an original part of Elder Futhark, but is later added. It has no sound or shape, so it is an impossible symbol and while some regard it as an addition for divination purposes (it should represent god's presence or the unknown or break in runes or similar), in truth it has no meaning and was added only for simplified usage (long story, but it is easier to use 25 than 24 symbols, or so I heard). Anyway, I wanted to keep to the originals here, that's why no Wyrd.
