I think that you may want to tone down the feathers a bit-all the vultures I've seen are generally a dull black in color (Then again, only turkey vultures live in my state...)
The feathers are a combo texture- and color-wise of cassowary and condor feathers 
Still, they look a bit too shaggy-maybe it would look cooler with a bit darker plumage and maybe some dappling-it's going to need at least a bit of camouflage to hunt, after all.
