hello. although i do like it, i saw it on wincustomize last night and downloaded it, it didnt work for me. the minimize anc close and all that looked like shit with all due respect. and the menus werent transparent either. could you help me? is it my falut or what

Yes. This is a WB5 theme. An upgrade would be advisable to see the theme as shown in screenshot.
