I always felt that there should be a difficulty mod where when you go to the elite 4 or w/e they have now for final tournaments, that all pokemon should be at the level of your highest level pokemon. Perhaps even boost stats or skills for a hell mode to be more strategic.
Er, wouldnt that actually give you an advantage? I mean if you have a level 40 pkmn (just an example) and a level 2 pkmn, then if we add in what you just said. Itd be 2 level 40 pkmn which would really be easy to defeat ppl with.
Well, the CPU should have their default levels so let's just say they average 79 is the highest level by default, but if you have your highest level pokemon at level 85, then all of the CPU's pokemon will be all evened out at lvl 85.
Mmm okay now that actually sounds difficult and fun at the same time!!! Now the only problem is how we gonna put it into the game if nintendo doesnt do it! Lol!!

I have played difficulty mods as I described, for me it's a lot of fun. For some stupid reason I love having bird teams, I'm like that one gym leader xD
Lol. For me i like, well LIKED, having a balanced party. Even tho now i dont really need any other pkmn than my starter.
