The three most important fights between the two are pretty clear on that. In one, Superman, under the control of Max Lord, practically beat Bats to death without really trying. In the infamous DKR fight, Supes had been weakened by a nuke, missiles, sonar weapons, Bats had power armour, kryptonite, etc, and Supes was holding back. And in Hush, Bats, with a Kryptonite ring, basically breaks his arm punching Superman, and he states in his own monologue that if he wanted to, Superman would curbstomp him regardless of Kryptonite.

I'll have to disagree on that one as I've witness bats woop supermans ass multiple times, super queer has too so I'm notshort chsnging him ultimately we can speculate and argue but whoever wins the fight is usually based off if the situation and batman is smarter, a better fighter, and has the means fight superman . I'm inclined to believe batman being more adaptable would have the advantage in various scenarios, however it could also work in super mans favor so it's really just situational
