Animal rights would cripple human society. And that's not even considering the fact that they are biologically lower on the evolutionary chain then we are, and as such we have no reason to treat them as equals.
can you give an example because i don't get it... so you think its ok to beat dogs too? or do you only think only certain animals deserve rights. we aren't biologically higher then farm animals... we aren't even omnivores
That isn't animal rights. That's animal welfare. That acknowledges that animals are living, feeling creatures and should be treated in a certain way, but acknowledges humans are superior.
To my knowledge, no farm animals have been able to form societies or create their own environments. Only humans. We are the dominant species, because we are the most evolved, the most successful species on the planet.

dont act like we are all that, we really arent. if all humans died off the whole world would benefit, if bees died off the whole agricultural system would collapse. we destroy this world, but still act like we are the best, i will never understand that. and to the "societies and environment" part, bees build hives they all have a job to feed and protect the queen. but for farm animals, farm animals are domestic they dont really have environment but they do have social hierarchies. also two questions, "do you think its ok to kill dogs?" and "do you think its ok to kill cows?"

Irrelevant. We are, by virtue of evolution and biology, the superior species. Our impact of this Earth does not factor into it.
