I see, but how does that justify the fact that you try to pester a lot of people into doing it? You try many times to manipulate people into doing it, yet you always fail.
If there isn't something currently made for Trainz, then DEAL with it, or make it yourself. The saying that you can't do it because you want to leave it on professionals is rubbish. Bullsh*t. All you have to do is a add a shed, a turntable, some water, tiny bit of textures and background and other topology effects, and you're done. It only takes one day and one baseboard to do a simple ditch. I really don't see why you want it so much, it ain't a route or something, it's something for running a simple, virtual train into.
And there is PLENTY of RWS Vicarstown routes. The shed and ditch is TVS-style, yes, but let that show you an example.

How about this for advice? Start off with a diorama, beta test it to a couple of users and then expand it if they want more.
