It didn't actually make me feel anything because its hard for me to get over the fact that it technically in there DNA to have this predator/prey relationship. but it still I'd just a movie so...

Well, in the movie, preds eating prey was something that happened in what the animals refer to as "the Stone Age", thousands of years ago. Predators has evolved, they eat fish and bugs instead of meat. Foxes eating bunnies is old water under the bridge.
Germany started WW2, should I be scared of Germans today?

Technically it was the nazi party that started WW2, and not every German was a nazi. And yes, you should be scared of every nazi.

Racism in Zootopia is based on speciesism, with the assumption that preys are superior and predators are inferior.

Foxes, lions, tigers and cheetahs do have the ability to easily kill a rabbit if they fancy doing so. Even if eating preys was a thing of the past, it is still scary from the rabbit's point of view to sit next to a predator that can easily kill it at any point.

Racism in Zootopia is nothing like racism in our world, and that is this movie's greatest weakness. Still a great movie though.
