The blocks are quite orange, as opposed to a tan-ish colour. And the purple evil head guy looks fabulous with the extra colours.
The shadow gradient sends the background tiles back perfectly.
I'm terrible at describing shit without using my hands or being able to point. I hope you follow what I'm saying.

Oh this looks so good! I totally get that retro feeling, and the fez on that little guy is so freakin' cool! I think he looks good simple that way and the dark stone statue thingy(?) is actually really scary. The mood, man, the mood!
