Well they both originate from France, so I wouldn't be suprised Asterix did influence it somehow :P

Then again, I've come to adore French strips ^^

Yes, They are based on Asterix, and even Timon and Pumbaa and another group, forgot what it was entitled, I'll have to search it up again. :)

The character setup reminds me of some comic book I read a long time ago but cannot remember now.

Anyway, this is cool. I love the colors and the expressions.
