Its in Washington D.C. (the U.S. Capitol) on C st. South east; by the eastern market. the whole building has wall to wall books, books are shoved everywhere and anywhere that they can go. on the stairs, piles high to the ceiling. I'm surprised that they didn't find some way to put them on the ceiling itself.
It was wonderful to be in there, so peaceful, old great books smell, I wish i could have spent more time in there.
this is fabulous. i have a friend whose house is like this in parts, and i'm working on getting my room to look like this. I will have to go to that bookstore at some point in my life. : D
