Another cool urban work of yours! I like the composition of it as well as a cool lighting. The clear reflection on the water brings also something very special to it.
Since you have submitted this photograph for feedback, here are some suggestions for you:
Maybe i would try to darken the background a bit or put a bit more shadows on this thingie in the middle, just in order it to pop up a bit more. Right now everything is a bit flat and appears on the same distance with background. I wouldn't say it's bad, i think it's more a matter of taste and i personally try to bring more 3d feeling in the picture with a good feeling of perspective, and i notice you have it on some of your works as well, that's why i gave you this advise.
Other then that i wouldn't change anything. You captured the water awesomely, it has a nice depth and shading. And the colours you choose, this rusty stuff, suits this atmosphere perfectly
