SpyBorg Virus Slayer, is a robot capibile of entering into computers to battle Viruses. The story of his travels in Cyber Space is chock-full of computer jokes. Bosses like a lobster by the name of Cut-Connection, a crocodile named Mega-BITE Croc and even a submarine called Trojin. Attack moves are labeled with such names too, such as the ice move, Screen Freeze and flaming pillars called Fire Wall. The end boss is the diabolical Master Hacker.

But SpyBorg's story is more in-depth. In the outside world, a rogue robot named Maverick has previously built robots to aid him in his quest to conquer the world, to wipe out mankind and let the superior robots inhabit the world. One of his robots, his prized warrior, Assassin01, was taken down by a robot built by Prof. Comm known as Rescue7 when Assassin01 used his teleporting-into-computers ability to take control of Rescue7 and set off a self-destruct system. When Rescue7 was about to blow, he clung hard to Assassin01, taking him out with him. Prof. Comm used the parts from both robots to create SpyBorg. Essentially, using Maverick's own weapon against him. It is this new robot who will star in 6 pieces to a long-going saga in order to save the world from a power-hungry machine.
