No idea what kind, but it's certainly a great find. All the ones I've ever seen personally have been relatively bland. I think what would improve the shot most is a well placed crop; there's a bit of extra space at the top I think you could do without.
No idea what sort of dragon fly that is. But this is a very good, beautiful macro shot.
