The way you see yourself is something only you can control. So I hope you will find your beauty 
As a teacher in training, I always tell the bullied kids: other kids (people) are not the boss of you. You are your own boss. They do not decide who or what you are, only you do. So whenever you get called names or whatever, I want you to imagine the insults to be like stickers people are trying to put onto you. They only stick if you care. When you can let go, the stickers will slide right off. You get to decide what you are, not others.
This goes for teens and adults as well
