Comment on Grasses N Plants GIMP Brushes by Project-GimpBC

Whenever I try to color the brushes, nothing happens. The next issue I have, because they are Grayscale and not on a transparent background, I try to change the background to a transparent one and nada, I just end up with a white square with no brush. Any suggestions?
