Hard mode is HAAARD @_@ What made a huge difference for my team was changing the strat during the first Junkenstein fight. Let Junk spawn, but instead of McCree blowing his ult, wait for the Reaper spawn a few seconds later. Then have Ana ult McCree, use High Noon, and they'll both go down.

Yeah, just the difference of PV and targetting between the two difficulty mode is monstruous, you can easily roll over the normal mode and get wiped out on hard just when Reaper appear...
I know right? It's like, you do well as on medium so you'd think "I'm ready for hard mode!" but NOPE haha.
The furthest we have gotten was with the witch, mccree ult and killed her and reaper, but Roadhog just destroy us in 3 seconds after that.
